RODRIGUEZ, CARMEN M. 75, of New Port Richey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at her home. Born on September 19, 1949, in Juncos, Puerto Rico, Carmen relocated to Florida in 1981 from Elizabeth, N.J., where she had built a life full of love and devotion.
A deeply devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Carmen's greatest joy was found in her faith and the time spent with her beloved family. She was a pillar of kindness, humility, and warmth. Carmen's faith was central to her life, and she was a faithful member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Holiday. Her gentle spirit and unshakable devotion to her loved ones touched the lives of all who knew her.
Carmen is survived by her loving husband, Santos Sr.; children, Jose, Santos Jr., Ivette, and Daniel; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Rosalia Colon, Maria Isabel Mulero, Hilda O'Donnell, Raymond Mulero, Ana M. Mulero, Ana L. White, Cirilo Mulero Jr., and Gladys Rivera.
Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her legacy of love, faith, and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her. Carmen will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on forever.
Services are entrusted to Meadowlawn Funeral Home, New Port Richey.
A celebration of life for Carmen will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Following the celebration of life there will be a committal services at Meadowlawn Memorial Gardens.
