Antoinette “Nonna" Scalise, 71, of Land O Lakes,Fl, passed away on December 7th, 2023. She was born on May 17th, 1952 in New York to Vito Willie “Poppa” Alagna and Louise “Nanni” Alagna. Annette was a devoted Italian mother and grandmother who found her greatest joy in cooking for her family. Her love for her children and grandchildren was evident in the delicious meals she prepared for them and the special moments they shared in the kitchen.
Nona’s kitchen was the heart of her home, where she passed down her cherished family recipes and created lasting memories with her loved ones. Her love and warmth extended beyond her family, as she often welcomed friends and neighbors to her table with open arms and a delicious meal.
Annette is survived by her loving husband Gary, three children Gary, Bryan (Valerie), and Kristina (Ty), five grandchildren Giancarlo, Aidan, Rylee, Lucas, and Max and sister Josephine. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to HPH Hospice (Designation Marliere Hospice House) in Annette’s honor.
