Robert Earl Kennedy on Friday, April 22, 2016. Age 81 years. Beloved husband of Jeanne Marie Kennedy. Loving father of Robert E. Kennedy, Jr, Amy J. Kennedy, Christopher A. Kennedy, Cecilia Kennedy Baradell and the late Lucille Marie Gremillion. Grandfather of Christopher Kennedy, Jr, Patrick Kennedy, Brooke Carnahan, Brittany Clifton and Chad Baradell. Great grandfather of Christopher Kennedy, III, Patrick Ryan Kennedy, Jr. and Haley Kennedy.
Robert was a very loving, selfless, caring, kind and good man. He was well respected and honored and loved by many. He loved encouraging and talking with others. Best of all was his heart for God and Jesus Christ. We will miss him but will see him again in a better place and time.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Catholic Service at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will begin at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park.
