Maria Brelet LeBlanc

Maria Brelet Leblanc entered into eternal rest one day after turning 65 on February 19, 2022 with her loving family by her side. She was born on February 18, 1957 in New Orleans, LA. Maria is survived by her parents, Clayton and Eleanor Brelet, who lovingly and tirelessly cared for her; her beloved son, Jordan Leblanc (Leigh); brother Michael Brelet (Pam); sister Melanie Lupo (Darrell); nieces Krystal Gallardo (Rory), Lindsay Laigast (Seth); nephews Joshua Lupo (Catherine) and Caleb Lupo. Also survived by several great nieces and nephews, as well as many loving cousins and friends. Maria’s sweet, loving, gentle soul will live on forever in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her. She will be sorely missed. In her 25-year career in banking, she exemplified respect and professionalism to everyone she came in contact with and afforded her the opportunity to make some lifelong friends. Visitation will be held at St. Benilde Church, 1901 Division St., Metairie, LA 70001 on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at 10:00am; a funeral mass will follow. Interment will be at Metairie Cemetery.
