Herman J. LaBorde passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015, age 93. Beloved husband of “Jean” Beulah Whipple LaBorde. Father of Mary Ann Scott. LaBorde, Charles LaBorde and Paula M. Morgan. Brother of Charles Norris LaBorde, Geraldine Bordelon and the late Roxie, Luby, Jeanette, Mildred, Dave, Charles, Claude, Roy, Louis, Della, Edna, Pannie, Agnes and Cecilia. Grandfather of Patrick, Cara, B.J., Kimberly and Jill. Also survived by six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A World War II veteran and a retiree of the New Orleans Public Service for 38 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 11:00 am.
