Elaine Jourdan Jones

Elaine Jourdan Jones, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the age of 89. Elaine is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Sidney T. Jones; two daughters, Sydney Elaine Jones Adair and Elaine Claire Jones Binder, son-in-law, Gregory Joseph Binder; four grandchildren, William Riggs (Jada), Chris Riggs (Tina). Jordan Marie and Gregory George Binder; three great grandchildren, Deven, Tyler and Kaylee Riggs. Also survived many nieces and nephews. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Raoul and Odile Laine Jourdan, her great-granddaughter, Isabella Margaret Riggs, son-in-law, Michael Charles Adair and her nephew, Marcel Emile Leveque. She was a native of New Orleans, a resident of Pass Christian for the past 20 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Jacob Schoen and Son Funeral Home, 3827 Canal Street on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. with visitation at the funeral home beginning at 8:30 A.M.
