Drury “Drew” Le Blanc passed away Saturday November 22, 2014. Son of the late Alphonse and Florence Le Blanc, he is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years Melanie Martinez Le Blanc; children Lisa Le Blanc Badinger (Billy), Shane Le Blanc (Allison), Daniel Le Blanc, and Ryan Le Blanc; grandchildren Layne, Brady, Julia, and Alexander; and siblings Alphonse Le Blanc, Michael Le Blanc, and Mary Burgard. Drew’s career in the grocery industry spanned 49 years. Through those years he was employed by National-Canal Villere, Schwegmann’s, Delchamps, and Robert’ Fresh Market. His last fourteen years working with the Robert’ family was the highlight of his career; working with a family who are passionate about their business and their associates. Drew will be missed greatly by his family, friends and colleagues. Relative and friends are invited to attend the FUNERAL MASS at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home in New Orleans on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 12:00 PM. A visitation will be held beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
