Diana B. Wassermann died on February 6, 2017 at the age of 84. She was a native of Belize and a citizen of Kenner since 1950. She was the wife of the late Martin Wassermann. Mother of Michael Wassermann, Jeffrey Wassermann(Sandy) and Helene Shafer. Grandmother of Garret (Amanda), Tiffani (Daniel), Shawn, Spencer, Alyssa (Trevor), Isabella and Hanya. She was the daughter Laura Martinez Baber and Richard Baber. She was one of eight children, the late Richard, Martha, Will, Bruce, David, Steve and Laura Edith. Diana enjoyed cross-stitching, gardening and cooking, but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 2PM.
