Brandi Varnado Hoffman

Brandi Linn Varnado Hoffman, age 40, of New Orleans was called by our Lord to His heavenly home on Friday, September 12, 2014. She is survived by her loving parents, Paul and Cheryl Varnado; son, Cameron Hoffman; and brother, P.J. Varnado. She is the beloved granddaughter of Anthony and Marion DiGuardi, and the great niece of Marie Madona. She also leaves behind her godmother, Toni Brousse. She is remembered and loved by countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pearl and Dottie Varnado, and her aunt, Trudy Cusimano.

Brandi will be remembered by all for her zest and love of life. She was the bright light that lit up every room. Brandi was known for her love of animals and her sense of humor. She held her family, friends, and pets close to her heart. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass on Friday, September 26, 2014 at noon at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124. Visitation will begin at 10:00am until service time. Interment will take place immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, or the SPCA.
