NEW IBERIA- A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Mr. Bobby Anthony Boudreaux, age 48, at 11:00 am Monday, May 4, 2015 at Nativity of our Lady Catholic Church with Fr. Ed Degeyter officiating. Interment will follow in Nativity of our Lady Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Sunday with a Rosary at 6:00 pm. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 am on Monday until service time.
A native of Houma and resident of New Iberia, Mr. Boudreaux passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 in Williston, North Dakota.
Mr. Boudreaux had the honor of serving as a 4th degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus Order at Nativity of our Lady Catholic Church. He was with the KOC for over three years. He was well known in the oilfield industry as a wireline supervisor. He loved spending time with his family; especially when it came to watching wrestling with his sons. Together, Bobby and his family enjoyed attending various sporting events, working out, and cooking. He is best known for entertaining people and making them laugh. Bobby will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Edie Boudreaux; three sons, Josh Boudreaux and wife Shavon, Jacque Boudreaux, and Jean-Paul Boudreaux; one daughter, Alexis Boudreaux; four grandchildren, Kyliyah Boudreaux, Joshua Boudreaux, Jr., Angelina Adams, and Brooklyn Adams; parents, Myron Aycock and Caroline Blanchard; two brothers, Allen Aycock and Tommy Aycock; sister, Crystal Stewart; in-laws, James and Gloria Boudreaux; and grandfather, Lawrence Blanchard, Sr.
Pallbearers will Josh Boudreaux, Jacque Boudreaux, Jean-Paul Boudreaux, Stan Evans, Wes Pattillo, and Josh Guyote.
