Suzanne, Chelsie & Logan- Dee & I are sorry for your loss.  Barry drove the boat that took my brother's & Hope's ashes to their final resting place in their favorite fishing spot. I'll never forget his kindness.  He was a nice person, always with a smile.  I wish I had known him better.

I met Barry when he and Roger hired me at CTS in 2010 and he was someone that never seemed rattled or impatient. He always had time to explain what was going on, never treated you with anything but respect while teaching and guiding you. Once I moved into the office at CTP, I was lucky to work side by side with Barry. He was a kind man but a great friend, boss and mentor. Words can’t state enough how much he will be missed. My family to the Boudreaux family, we are deeply sorry for your loss and we are praying for your family during this hard time. 

Rest in peace, Barry. You will always be celebrated and remembered. 

I worked with Barry for many years and in many places.  He always had time to explain what was happening and why it was important.  Any time I got the chance, I always wanted to know what his opinion was, because I knew that he would take the time to seriously answer in a helpful way.  Wherever he was the world was a happier place and a little less stressful.

My family sends our deepest condolences and prayers to his family.
I was fortunate enough to meet Barry and work by his side when he came to CTS in Angleton, TX.  He was a blessing in disguise, he was a very patient man. He was my best mentor and coach in the oilfield, he treated all with respect and dignity, outside of the oilfield world he was no different, I remember when he had his red bass boat, he asked me if I would re-clear coat it, I knew that was his baby and he trusted me to do it, when he seen the finished job his face lite up and he had the biggest smile, it was a honor just to do it for him, I will carry the memories I had with him forever.

He will be heavily missed by many. rest in peace Barry 
 

My wife and I send our deepest condolences to Suzanne and the family, the loss of Barry is so sad, he was a hard working man and a very good boss to me in Midland. Barry gave me a chance to work in the coil tubing field as a DOT Specialist, we had some very special talks he teaching me about coil tubing and me teaching him about the DOT side of the trucking industry. It was sad time when i was laid off and had to tell him i had to go, but if he had any questions or needed any help i was only a 4 hour drive away.

I met Barry in 1985 when I went to work for Continuous Tubing. I was new to coil tubing Barry guided me along way he was a great mentor. He will be forever missed.

I’m so thankful that my Uncle Barry and Aunt Suzanne made the trip from Midland to our house every Easter, but especially thankful for this year!
Last month we ate crawfish and laughed about Whiskey 🥃
I remember watching home videos of my mom and her siblings (blk and wht videos lol) and Barry was the ‘cool one’. He’d casually walk into the picture with his white tee and blue jeans and crack a joke then walk out 😂
As a child I remember their cool house on the bayou, then their other cool house with crawfish ponds. Uncle Barry was kind, quiet, hilarious, and intelligent. He was never without a cup of coffee or some type of ‘drink’ in his hand. 
I will miss him so much. I bet momma left the gate open for him ❤️

I’ll never forget the first time I met Barry.  It was 2005 in Angleton. I came rolling into that yard that morning in one of our coil units, 22 years old ambitious to work and learn. Barry was standing there at the side of the shop, coffee in one hand, cigarette in the other, wearing that faded hot pink CTS uniform staring at me like a hawk as I rolled into the wash bay. I was fairly new, maybe a few months with CTS and first time in the oilfield. I jumped out of the coil unit and proceeded to the crane to unload the toolbox and get an inventory sheet done on it as I was told by my supervisor. Through that time I noticed him just watching every move I made. After getting the box situated to go through Barry walked up to me and asked who I was. I said my name is Adam, but everyone calls me Sugar. After a few seconds of that Barry Boudreaux stair, he said nice to meet you Sugg(Schugg), you want me to help you with that inventory sheet, and I said yes sir! For 8 hours Barry sat with me and explained every part, tool, and liquid asset in that box and what it was all used for. 
From that day forward we built a work relationship. From Angleton to Bridgeport and from Bridgeport to Midland and after CTS to CTP Midland. For 15 years I worked beside Barry and never left his side. I had learned so much from him just as much as others have. The knowledge he has instilled in me will forever be remembered. He played a major role in my life of becoming the person I am today. I believe I speak for many many more as well.

Remembering Barry

I first met Barry in 1985 when he was the service manager for Continuous Tubing, and I was a trucking salesman.  Not many demonstrated respect for trucking salesmen, but Barry did.   I joined Continuous in 1987 and worked directly for Barry.  He was intelligent, patient, respectful, thoughtful, a teacher, even-keeled, and highly loyal.  And, how he loved his family - there was no greater family man than Barry Boudreaux.  I don’t think that Barry ever had a bad day.

Barry will be missed.
