Madeleine was born in Philadelphia, PA and she passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at home surrounded by her family.
Preceded in death by her 3 sons; Andrew Heath Jr., James Heath and Gerald Heath.
Survived by her Loving Husband of 69 years, Andrew Heath Sr.; Daughter, Madeleine (Jerry) Primmer, Sons, Thomas (Lisa) Heath and John (Eileen) Heath; 16 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren. A special thanks to the Staff at Traditions Assisted Living in Brooklyn Park and St. Jude Home Hospice.

Visitation Monday, August 9, 2010 from 4-7, Rosary 7 PM at Kapala-Glodek-Malone Funeral Home 7800 Bass Lake Rd. in New Hope. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at 11 AM. Visitation 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Parish Center 8701 36th Ave. No. in New Hope. Interment at City Point National Cemetery in Hopewell, VA.
