Hilaire Checko Victor

Hilaire Checko Victor, 51, formerly of Georgia, passed away peacefully, with family by his side, on Monday, January 11, 2016. He was born in Haiti to Duranton and Sada (Boisette) Victor. He will be dearly missed by his sisters, Desyr, Rosette, Gladys, Andryse, Paulaine, Antoinette, Fanee; his brothers, Marc, Arthur, Adrien; his cousins, Andre, John, JD; his nephews and nieces, Geraldy, Angelo, Marjory, Fernando, Christian, Samuel, Marc Samuel, Daniel, Esperance, Tommy, Andre and Bernadi and the Victor, Dupervil, Darguin, Beague, Senat, Terrell and Boisette families.

Hilaire was a kind & quiet man who always put the needs of others before his own. He lived for his sisters, his family and friends. His goal in life was to make everyone happy. He enjoyed working as a photographer and in interior design. He was a talented craftsman who made furniture. He will be remembered for his clean and organized ways.

Friends and family are welcome to gather for calling hours, from 9:00AM to 10:30AM, on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. A Funeral Service will begin at 10:30AM at the funeral home with Deacon Michael Rubitz presiding. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery.
