Misty Amber Davis

Misty Davis, of New Braunfels, TX, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014 in San Marcos, TX at the age of 22. She was born to Robert Davis and Rachael Milton at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC on August 2, 1991. Misty graduated from Canyon High School in 2009 and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice at Sam Houston State University. Misty was in process of being accepted as a cadet for the San Antonio Police Academy. She was a very energetic person who loved working hard and started working at the early age of fifteen. She worked many summers at Schlitterbahn Water Park where she was a manager for the Swim Program; and also was a life guard at Sam Houston College.

She is survived by her parents, Rachael and Eric Smith; father, Robert Davis; brothers, James Smith, Austin Smith, Hunter Toye and Connor Smith; Sister, McKenzie Toye; maternal grand-mother, Linda Manning; paternal- grandparents, Mary and George Davis; and grandparents, Denise and Monty Rainey; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM Monday, April 14, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home.
