William “Bill” James Riggs Jr. 47 of New Bern died Saturday April 23, 2011 at his residence.
Bill was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army; He was also a lifelong Mechanic.
He is survived by Wife Theresa wood Riggs of New Bern NC married 22 years, Daughter Samantha Riggs of New Bern, Mother Edna G. Riggs of New Bern, Brother Marvin Riggs of Edwards NC, Sister Wendy Bristol of New Bern, Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation Monday April 25, 2011 at Cotten Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Services will be held Tuesday April 26, 2011 at 11 AM at Cotten Funeral Home, and internment to follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
