Horace Lee Mitchell

He is survived by his son, Tim L. Mitchell, and his partner, Elizabeth Knowles; grandchildren, Katherine Anne Muse (Ryan), Emily Joy Drake, and Timothy Lee Mitchell, Jr. (Samantha); great-grandchildren, Kendall, Dylan, Laniey, Josh, and Azzy; stepson, Kent Berry (Tammy); stepdaughter, Melissa Lewis (Michael); brother, Clayton Mitchell (Janet); sisters, Elaine Dills and Jackie Davis; his close friend, Janet Thompson; and many loving family members and close friends.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Cauley.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Cove City Cemetery, located beside Cove City FWB Church. The family will receive visitors following the service. Horace will be laid to rest beside his parents following the service.
