Herbert Bryan "Bill" Toler, 84, of New Bern, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 17, 2023. Bill worked with Potter Oil Company, retiring with 30 years of service. He then worked with NAPA for 12 years. He enjoyed working in the yard and watching football and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 63 years, Genevieve Toler.
He is survived by his daughter, Rose Barnes (Danny); son, Buddy Toler (Lori); grandchildren, Kevin Toler, Jeannie Odham (Jeffrey), and Olivia Toler; great-grandchildren, Ian, Kalynn, Ellie Mae, and Gavin; and brother, Noah Toler.
A Celebration of Bill's life will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 3 p.m. at Greenleaf Memorial Park (graveside) with Pastor Rex Bennett officiating.
Arrangements are in the care of Cotten Funeral Home & Crematory.
