Helen Gardner Hubbard

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Hubbard; two children, Doris Elizabeth Wilcox and Richard C. Hubbard; sister, Marjorie Mooring; three brothers, Marvin Gardner, Jimmy Gardner, and Edgar Gardner; and a granddaughter, Kirsten Hubbard.

Survivors include her daughter, Hilda Ingebrigtsen; three brothers, Charles Gardner, Glenn Gardner, and Earl Gardner; seven grandchildren, Jayne Wilcox Treadwell, Angela Wilcox Sutton, Allen Wilcox, Beth Wilcox Elansari, Melissa Starken, Kyle Ingebrigtsen, and Jarod Ingebrigtsen; as well as eighteen great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, December 1st at Cotten Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. with Pastor David McAnelly officiating. Burial will be at Greenleaf Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spring Garden Baptist Church, 650 Spring Garden Road, New Bern, NC 28562.
