David was a loving member of his family, friends, and church community. He had a passion for carpentry work and enjoyed fishing. He was a member of Latitude Church, where he had served in the parking lot ministry. David always loved having fun and he always made people laugh. He will be missed by many.
David was preceded in death by his father, Dennis Welsh.
David is survived by his mother, Carla Welsh of New Bern, his daughter, Darcy Welsh of New Bern, and his brother, Douglas Welsh of Mechanicsville, VA.
The memorial service will be held Sunday, June 24, 2018 at 3 PM at Latitude Church (1732 Racetrack Rd. New Bern). Family will receive friends following the service.
