Crystal Dawn Lewis Scott

Crystal loved her family with all of her heart, especially her children. She always had a smile on her face and loved to make people laugh. Crystal was very giving and would do anything for anyone. She was a hard worker and loved taking care of her and Ray's dog, Bandit. Crystal was a great cook and loved to make many meals for her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving and lifetime companion, Elvin Ray Ballard; daughter, Alexis Scott; sisters, Susan Glover, Amanda Meadows (Daniel Anderson), and Mandy Slade; brother, Truman Ross Slade Jr.; step-sons, Brennen Petty and Tristan Ray Ballard; step-daughter, Renetta Green; grandchildren, Leah Gaiti and Dominick Gaiti, Jr.; nephew, Joshua Glover; aunt, Barbara Morris; and best friend, Marlo Nelson.

She is preceded in death by her compassionate and caring son, Dominick Gaiti, Sr.; parents, T.R. Slade and Wanda Meadows; and nephew, Ethan Isaiah Meadows.

A Celebration of Crystal's Life will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at Cotten Funeral Home.
