Bobbie SueAnn Welch, 70, of New Bern, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2024. Born in Indiana, Bobbie was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched the lives of all who knew her.
Bobbie had a vibrant and fun-loving spirit. She enjoyed spending her time playing pinball, darts, and pool, often accompanied by a cold Bud Light in hand. She cherished moments spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren, and was known for her warmth and infectious sense of humor.
Bobbie is survived by her son, Robert Tyrell Boarders; daughters, Angela Leohmann and Claudette "Cissy" Leohmann; sister, Robin Rhodes; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will miss her deeply. She was predeceased by her daughter, Toni Lynn Leohmann.
A celebration of Bobbie’s life will be held at a later date, allowing friends and family to come together to honor her memory and share stories of the joy she brought to their lives.
She will be remembered for her love, laughter, and the way she brightened every room she entered.
