Lawrence P. Santos

Born in South Dartmouth, a son of the late Daniel P. and Virginia (Fraga) Santos, he was a lifelong resident of the southcoast. Larry was a veteran of the United States Navy and later was employed for more than 60 years as an over the road trucker. During that period, he drove over the road for Bajio Trucking. Larry loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He was an avid motorcyclist, enjoyed bike nights and traveling

cross-country with Jan in their motorhome.

In addition to his fiancé Jan, he is survived by his sons, Steven, Peter and Robert Santos of Florida; a daughter, Deborah and her husband Wayne Rebello of New Bedford; son Stephen and his wife Jackie Whitlock of Indiana: a brother, Daniel Santos of MA; ten grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Lawrence Santos Jr. and brother of the late Richard Santos.
