Born in Acushnet, a daughter of the late Albert M. and Ida M. (Melanson) Perusse she lived most of her life in E. Freetown. She was a communicant of St. John Neumann Church.
Jeannette graduated from St. Anthony High School and went on to get her degree from Newberry College. Ms. Tisdelle worked as an assistant property manager for Canpro Investment Ltd.
Ms. Tisdelle was a member of the Freetown Seniors and she was a volunteer Council on Aging in Freetown. She was feisty, yet well respected, and active with Freetown town government. Jeanette loved spending time with family and friends. She was an avid reader, Loved cooking for her family, shopping on the Home Shopping Network, and watching Days Of Our Lives.
She is survived by her three children, Michelle A. Drew and her husband Donald of Falmouth, Andre R. Tisdelle and his wife Laurie of E. Freetown, and Marc J. Tisdelle and his wife Heather of E. Freetown; eight grandchildren, Stevie Clark, Tiffany Petrillo, Stetson Scribner, Alexa Scribner, Hunter Scribner, Tedy Tisdelle, Camryn Tisdelle, and Brent Tisdelle; three great grandchildren, Brody Petrillo, Lucas Clark and Avery Clark.
Jeannette’s family would like to thank Patti and Sue of Community Nurses and the staff of Care One of New Bedford, Fairhaven unit for the wonderful care given to their mother.
Her visitation will be Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 8-9:30 a.m. in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Rd., E.
