Dennis Amaral

Born in New Bedford, a son of the late John and Hortence (Paiva) Amaral. He was a graduate of New Bedford High School class of 1963 and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Conflict. Dennis was employed as a printing press operator for 39 years at Reynolds DeWalt up until his retirement.

He is survived by two sons, Michael Amaral and his wife Kathleen of New Bedford and Dennis Amaral and his wife Deborah of FL; three grandchildren, Jillian Amaral of NH, Julie and Rose Amaral of New Bedford; a sister Patricia Amaral of New Bedford and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Hazel Rapoza, John Amaral and Elsie Benevedes.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 10:00AM in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd, New Bedford. Relatives and friends are invited.
