David Joseph Allain, II

Born in Freetown, he graduated from Apponequet High School in 2009. David was the son of David J. Allain and Pamela (Padelford) Allain both of New Bedford.

Known for his smile and sense of humor, David was proud of the home he owned in Hideaway Village and built a long-lasting relationship with the residents of the community. He loved being on the ocean, fishing and skiing in New Hampshire.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his grandparents Richard and Joyce Padelford of Acushnet; sister, Danielle (Allain) Rodrigues and her husband Jordan of Mattapoisett; his brother Cory Grant of New York and his niece Mia Rodrigues. He is also survived by his mother’s spouse Steven Allain and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was the grandson of the late Louis Allain and Janet Crosby.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00PM in the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford, MA 02745.
