Cynthia Ann (Muise) Kinney, age 56, of New Bedford died June 30, 2013 in St. Luke’s Hospital.
Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Levi Muise and the late Robert and Margaret (Paliotto) Xifaras, she was a longtime resident of the city having worked in Bookkeeping for General Supply Metals.
Cynthia adored her children and grandchildren and was considered a “mother” to many of their friends!
Surviving: 4 children: Sonya Kinney of Wareham, Jill Pacheco and husband Manny, Kendra Kinney and Stuart Kinney all of New Bedford, 7 grandchildren and 2 brothers: Mark Abdelnour and wife Joanna of Marion and Robert Xifaras of Wisconsin.
She was the sister of the late Margaret Hardsog and James Abdelnour.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 from 4-7pm in the Rock Funeral Home, 1285 Ashley Blvd. New Bedford. Burial private.
