Nancy C. Sample

Nancy C. (Austin) Sample, 70 years of age, died Sunday October 27th, 2019 with her family at her side. She was born January 16, 1949 in New Albany to the late Carlos and Mary (Griffey) Austin and was a retired Claims Adjuster for Humana Healthcare. She was preceded in death by her husband Ricky L. Sample and sister Janice (Austin) Fulton and was a member of Northside Christian Church in New Albany. Survivors include: Children; Mary Kay White (Mark), Krista Roberts, David Tinius, and Tracey Compton (fiance’ Jeremy). Grandchildren; Timothy (Nikki) White, Nicole (Chris) Lemmel, Michael White, Jason Taylor, Heather Conway, Lisa and Meagan Tinius and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister Tammy Hammons and several nieces and nephews. Visitation: 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Wednesday October 30th, 2019, and after 9:00 am Thursday Octpber 31st at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Thursday October 31st, at the Kraft Spring St. Chapel with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park Chapel of the Cross.
