Loyd D Flener

Loyd D Flener, 86, died Thursday, June 20, 2019. The son of the late Alta Renfro and delmer Clayton Flener, Sr., Loyd was born October 15, 1932 in Butler County, Kentucky. He retired from Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company and was a member of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany. He was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Delmer Flener, Jr., Thelma Louise Proctor, Judy McIntire, and Linda Flickner. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Loeta (Ogden) Flener; siblings, Deana Stonecipher, David Flener, Marcella Hensley, and Teresa Woertz; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 2 pm ~ 6 pm Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 10 am Monday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made to www.kraftfs.com.
