Don R. Hill

Don R. Hill, 83 years of age died Friday October 19, 2018 at home with his family at his side. He was born January 29, 1935 in Cleton, Kentucky to the late Orville and Iva (McGuire) Hill and was retired after forty years as an Admistrator with the Rockwell Company in Madison, Indiana where he lived for some forty years. Don was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a talented wood worker which he loved to do as well as spending time with his family and friends. He will be fondly remembered and missed. Don was preceded in death by his parents, daughter in law; Annisha Hill, granddaughter Michelle Brooks and brother Edwin Hill. Survivors include his wife of Sixty years; Catherine T. (Ruane) Hill. Two sons; Donald Patrick Hill (Lisa), and Michael David Hill. Two grandchildren; Nicholas Corbin and Preston Michael Hill. Visitation will be from: 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday October 25th, and after 9:00 am Friday October 26th, at Kraft Funeral Service 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at11:30 am Friday at Holy Family Catholic Church in New Albany with burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park. Online condolences to: www.kraftfs.com
