Charles Alfred Harris

Charles Alfred Harris, 62 years of age passed away on March 31, 2019. He was born June 23, 1956 in Marion County, Kentucky to the late Orvey and Jessie Harris. Charles was a veteran of the United States Army, a retired concrete worker, and loved to farm. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Thelma Harris; children, Misty Hager(Mike), Christie Sweeten(Jeff), Mandy Brant(Dane), Charles Harris, Jr.(Jamie), Willy Chapman(Karen), Crystal Jena(Raymond), Tracy Baverla(Jeff), Lillian Lemmon; siblings, Minnie Sullivan(Siebert), Mary Rose Hensley(David), Betty Graham, Kathy Tompson(Wendell), Modean Keeling(Charlie), George Harris; 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service with military honors will be held 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home chapel with burial in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany, Indiana.
