Brenda J. Rutherford

Brenda J. Rutherford, 76, of Sellersburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. Brenda was born October 4, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Nelson and Monzell Bean Hall. She was an avid golfer. Her career was very important to her having worked with Piedmont Airlines, Eastern Airlines, United Airlines, Braniff Airlines, Marriott International, Wyndham Hotels, French Lick Resort and Casino, Caesars International and Covered Bridge Golf Club. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a step daughter, Annisha Rutherford Hill. Brenda is survived by her husband of 36 years, Carl P. Rutherford; a step-daughter, Stephanie (Daniel) Cline; four grandchildren, Madison, Nicholas, Haylee and Preston; a brother, Kelly Hall; two nephews, Clayton Hall and Jason Hall and a host of extended family and friends. Visitation for Brenda will be held Sunday, September 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150 and on Monday, September 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. A celebration of Brenda's life will be Monday, September 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Stampers Creek Cemetery, Paoli, Indiana.
