William "Bill" Henry Burke

William (Bill) Henry Burke, age 80 of Brentwood, Tennessee departed this life on Thursday, January 27, 2022. He was born on September 2, 1941 to the late Albert Lee Burke and Mary Elizabeth Highers Burke. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Albert Lee Burke and Robert Lee Burke, Sr.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Linda McKinney Burke; son, John (Natalie) Burke; daughter, Susan (Jeff) Kerley; step-son, Jason (Carla) McPherson; step-daughter, Nicole (Tim) McDonald; grandchildren, Sarah (Dallas) Lowry, Andrew (Cailey) Kerley, Abby Burke, Ally Burke; step-grandchildren, Grayson McPherson, Braden McPherson, Reagan McPherson, Blake McDonald and Maci McDonald; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Emmett Lowry; sister, Mary Elizabeth (Burke) Dodson and a host of nieces and nephews.

Bill owned and operated Service Clean window cleaning company from 1964 until 2018, serving the greater Nashville area with pride for over 40 years.

Bill was a member of Brentwood Baptist Church. He loved the genealogical pursuit of exploring his ancestry tree and also, enjoyed spending time with family and friends making everyone happy.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be Thursday, February 3, 2022 from twelve noon until two o’clock in the afternoon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home in Nashville

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at two o’clock followed by burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
