Rebecca Bruce Doyle

Rebecca Bruce Sullivan Doyle, age 86 of Nashville, TN passed away peacefully on July 31, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Sullivan, who died tragically at the age of 26, and her second husband, Joseph Doyle, who died in 2000, brother, Bob Bruce, and sister, Lillian Person. She is survived by her children whom she loved dearly, Drew Sullivan (Terri), Sue LaClair (Frank), grandchildren who she cared for and adored, Andy, Kyle, Colin, Reed Sullivan, Justin, Emily McDaniel, Emilee LaClair, Ashley Hobbs and 7 great-grandchildren, brother, John Bruce (Harriet), sister, Ruth Ann Looney, sister-in-law, Gail Bruce.

Becky was a dedicated nurse at St. Thomas Hospital and lovingly served for 42 years. She volunteered for the Ladies of Charity and St. Edwards Catholic Church.

The Reverend Joseph Patrick Breen will celebrate the Mass of the Resurrection on Monday August 5, 2019 at 10 AM at Christ the King Catholic Church. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday from 5-7 PM with a Rosary service to follow at 7:30 at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs and on Monday from 9:30 until 10 at Christ the King Catholic Church.
