Pauline Lyman-Woodson, 53, of Colombia, TN, passed away August 3, 2020. She was born September 5, 1966 to parents Mary Lyman and William Lyman in Nashville, TN. Pauline attended McGavock High School. She married John W. Woodson, her one and only love back in 1982. Pauline is survived by her husband John her two sons, Jovan and Cedrick, Her Daughter-in-law Chasity Lyman, two sisters, Margaret Brooks and Mai Pointer, and brother Jerry Lyman. She had two beautiful grandchildren, Cassity Lyman and Ja'Vonte Lyman. She had a host of nieces and nephews. Pauline was an incredible woman. She was happiness by definition in human form. She had the type of personality where it was impossible to be in a bad mood around her. She loved like no other and you'd always feel the love she gave. She touched every heart she came across just by being herself. She never put on a front because being genuine was all she was about. In her lifetime she was able to meet and fall in love with the first and only love she'd ever known and that was her Pooh, John Woodson. They were the best of friends, the best of lovers, and by all means the best of parents. It was meant to be and in 39 years she's gone too soon. She was beautiful, extremely lovable, compassionate, and absolutely hilarious! Literally the life of the party! Those who knew her couldn't forget her and the impact she had on their life. If only for an hour you'd know that you'd want to see her again. She'd sing her heart out at the drop of a dime and bring so much emotion and feelings to everyone who heard her. Pauline loved her husband, her sons, her daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and family with every ounce of her being. It's rare that time could pass and when you finally seen her again it's like you never skipped a beat. She was the most loving woman who didn't waste too much time on being stressed and always believed that things would work out. The world will never be as bright as it once was without her in our lives, but take comfort in cherishing the memories of every moment you've had with her and it'll last a lifetime. Pauline Lyman-Woodson we love you to the moon and back always and forever.
