Mary Catherine Cason, age 79, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. Born Saturday, April 30, 1938 in Williamson County, Tennessee she is survived by her daughters, Barbara Simpkins, Sissy Chapman and husband Randy; son,, Bobby Lee Cason and wife Bonnie; grandchildren, Deana Simpkins, Scottie Simpkins, Dillon Chapman, Ashley Chapman Bobby Lee Cason, Jr.; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Cason worked as a sales clerk at the downtown Nashville locations of McClellan's, Woolworth's and 20 years at Harvey's.
A celebration of life will be conducted Monday, January 1, 2018 in the chapel at Eastland Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Elder officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
