Martha Adams Ramsey, born October 29, 1927 passed away on May 8, 2017. Preceded in death by her son, Stephen C. Ramsey. Survived by her sons, Danny, Tim, and Bill; daughters-in-law, Kathy and Cindy; grandchildren, Nick, Austin, Denver (Lena), Hensley, Taylor, and Ethan (Chelsea); and great-grandsons, Jackson and Oliver. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy. She was a lifetime member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She retired from Royal Insurance and St. Thomas Hospital. She loved to travel and visited 21 countries and most of the United States. Visitation will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Thursday, May 11, 2017, from seven to nine o’clock in the evening with rosary at seven-thirty. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at the Church on Friday, May 12, 2017, at ten-thirty in the morning with visitation an hour prior. Family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Quinn, to Jerline Kraft and Diane Parker, to Nancy and Collins Smith, and to Gary and Eva Hobbs for all of their care, generosity, and assistance.
