Linda M. Clardy

Linda was born in Ft Dodge, IA to Elizabeth and Ray Scott on August 14, 1948. She worked as a hairdresser in her early career and soon became a Registered Nurse where she loved taking care of babies. She spent as many vacations as she could at Disney World or on cruises around the world with her family.

Linda loved crafting, shopping, bike riding, amusement parks, and travel. Weekends were filled at soccer or softball parks, wrestling or swim meets, shouting encouragements to her grandkids, standing with honor as they played in the band on Friday night football games and competitions, rooting on The Tennessee Vols and Titans football teams. She never turned down an invite for time with her kids or grandkids.

Linda attended World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, TN.

Gathering of Family and Friends for Linda will be held Sunday, January 2, 2022 beginning at 11am with a Celebration of Life Service at 1pm at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park. Committal service will following in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Linda is survived by her husband Henry Clardy, son Scott Peters (Lisa) of Zephyrhills, FL, daughter Jodi Peters (Shauna Smith) of LaVergne, TN, daughter Courtney Berryman (Adam) of Murfreesboro, TN, brother Larry Scott (Barb) of Cedar Rapids, IA, sister Lana Colangelo (Peter) of Belfast, TN, Stepchildren Kim (Adrian) Anderson of Murfreesboro, Tony (Michelle) Clardy of Hendersonville, and Jeff (Ashley) Clardy of Smyrna, 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons Eric, Bobby, Roxas, Taylor, Peyton, and Brayden.
