Leslie Boxwell Hawkins

He was born in Nashville, Tennessee on December 16, 1938 to Mr. and Mrs. Charles Winstead Hawkins Jr. (Mary Morehead). Married to Pamela Murrey Hawkins for 52 years, they were blessed with two daughters, Catherine Hawkins Garner (Bob) and Pamela Hawkins Daugherty (Christopher). Box was devoted to his 5 grandchildren, Hawkins, Eliza, and Claire Daugherty and Wilson and Hannah Grace Garner.

Box loved Jesus and would love to see you in his heavenly home one day. You can see him by confessing you are a sinner and receiving Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.

A private graveside service will he held on Friday, June 22 in Mount Olivet Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be held Friday afternoon from 4:00-8:00pm at the family home (1900 Old Natchez Trace, Franklin).

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 23 at 11:00am at Grace Chapel (3279 Southall Road, Franklin, TN 37064).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one of the following: Grace Chapel, New Hope Academy (1820 Downs Blvd, Franklin), or Christ Presbyterian Academy (2323-A Old Hickory Blvd, Nashville)
