He was born on October 11, 1931 in Milyang, Korea to Mr. and Mrs. Jongsoon and Soonjo (Min) Lee.
He was married to Hannah Seungsoon Cho on February 24, 1957 in Jinju, Korea and served in the Army of the Republic of Korea during the Korean War.
He taught elementary school before earning a degree in pharmacology. He worked as a pharmacist while pursuing the Doctorate in Oriental Medicine.
He immigrated to the U.S. in 1975 and obtained the Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine in 1980. He practiced in Garden Grove, California until his retirement in 1998.
He served as an elder in the First Korean Presbyterian Church of Orange County for many years.
He is survived by his wife Hannah Lee, his daughter Audrey (Luke) Lee, his son Timothy (Terri Edwards) Lee, his grandchildren Eunice (Allan) Ellsbery, Hannah Juhaie Lee, Roland Lee, Katherine Lee; and siblings Douglas Dongwoo (Lisa) Lee, Eulwoo (Jaegyu Shim) Lee, Jungja (Inyoung Chu) Lee, Jumwoo (Jingyu Kim) Lee, Hwawoo (Sookhi Yoon) Lee, and Kyungwoo ( Hyangsook Park) Lee.
There will be visitation on Friday April 26, 2019 between 4 and 8 PM, and the funeral service on April 27, 2019 at 11:30 AM at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Nashville, Tennessee.
We will all miss him dearly - but only for a while until we all shall be raised incorruptible.
