McNEESE, SR., John Paul, age 81, of Nashville. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Rachel B. McNeese. Survived by daughters, Deborah P. Rood and Teresa D. Roberts; son, John Paul McNeese, Jr.; brother, Auther and Dalton McNeese; 8 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
John was a member of Northwood Baptist Church. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend.
A Celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, August 12, 2013 at Northwood Baptist Church, with Brother Barry Smith officiating. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday, 1-6 p.m., at the funeral home, and 2 hours prior to the service Monday at the church.
