Bradshaw, Jack Goldston Jr., of Nashville, was born November 25, 1927 in Nashville, TN to Jack and Camilla Bradshaw. Jack left this life to join his beloved wife Nancy, on July 30, 2019. Jack attended Stokes Elementary School, David Lipscomb high school and David Lipscomb college, and graduated from the University of Tennessee school of pharmacy, and was a Big Orange fan for life.
He owned and operated the legendary Bradshaw Drugs in Green Hills for 35 years, and was a veteran of the US Army where he served in Italy in World War II. He is a past president of the Tennessee Pharmaceutical Association and the Green Hills Business and Professional Association. He served on the Board of the UT Davidson County Alumni Association as well as the National Federation of Independent Businesses. He was a member of The Hillsboro Church of Christ.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bill, and his wife of 54 years Nancy. He is survived by his best friend of 78 years, Bob Mason, his sister Julia Gooch of Memphis, sisters-law Virginia Lewis of Nashville and Joyce Watson of Baton Rouge, LA, daughters Lee Bradshaw of Scottsville, KY, Jamie Bradshaw of Atlanta, GA, his adopted third daughter Julie Cherry of Lebanon, TN, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at noon on August 1, 2019 in the Hillsboro Church of Christ chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, at 11 a.m.
