Preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Lee Clark; parents, Granville Valentine Elmore and Elizabeth Lawrence Elmore; grandson, Lealand Brett Crider; brothers, John V. and Wallace C. Elmore, Sr.
Sally is survived by her son, Mike (Twyla) Clark of Nashville, TN; her daughter, Cheryl (Tom) Crider of Humboldt, TN; grandchildren, Adam (Paige) Crider of Jackson, TN, Patrick (Laura) Crider of Brentwood, TN, Beth (Patrick) Merritt of Cane Ridge, TN and Robin (Brad) Foster of Charleston, WV; great grandchildren, Abby Claire, Connor, Knox, Elsie, Coen, and Mason.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to TLC Riding Academy, 106 Gibson Wells-Brazil Road, Humboldt, TN 38343.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at noon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Funeral Service to follow at one o' clock.
