Dominick J. Fontana

Dominick Fontana, “DJ” passed away on June 13, 2018 in Antioch, TN. Preceded in death by his parents, Lena Lewis and Samuel Fontana. He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Fontana; two loving sons, David and Jeff; loving stepchildren, David Martak and his wife Kris, Sherri Martak and her husband Andy Sculer; and 11 grandchildren, Zach, Aliya, Josh, McCrea, McCade, Maelena, McCaylee, Mason, Amanda, Kelly and Sean, and his dear niece Phyllis Liberto.

Celebration of Life Service will be on Monday, June 18, 2018 at one o’clock in the afternoon, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall.

Gathering of family and friends, will be on Sunday from three o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening, and Monday from eleven o’clock until the service time at one o’clock, Woodlawn Roesch Patton Funeral Home.

In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memory of DJ Fontana.
