Mrs. Cynthia Felker “Cindy” Batte age 63, of Nolensville, TN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2016. Mrs. Batte was born in Franklin, TN, on February 4, 1953, the daughter of the late Sarah Beatrice Mabry Felker and Robert Glenn Felker. Cindy lived in Brentwood and Green Hills, graduating from Hillsboro High School. She was married to her husband in 1980 and her daughter was born in 1985. The joy of her life was her family and friends. Cindy was a member of Brentwood United Methodist Church where she belonged to the Seekers Sunday School Class and the United Methodist Women. Cindy had a sweet spirit and loved to laugh and connect with others. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends who hold their memories of her life woven with theirs. Survivors include her husband, Jerrold Batte and a daughter, Mary Kathleen Batte. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016, at one o’clock, Brentwood United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Friday from four o’clock until eight o’clock at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home and Saturday one hour prior to service at the church.
