Mr. Collins was born in Nashville, TN, on August 12, 1980, beloved son of David Collins and Terri Hiester. He worked in construction as a Cooling Tower Technician.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his step-father, Mike Hiester; step-mother, Karen Collins; his brother, Michael (Amie) Collins; two sisters, Jennifer (BJ) Frazier and Amber Slate; and a grandmother, Margaret Collins.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 21, 2016, at one o’clock in the afternoon, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Thursday from noon until eight o’clock in the evening and Friday from nine o’clock in the morning until the funeral hour at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Nashville Rescue Mission 639 Lafayette Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
