I just want you to know that I have had a wonderful life! I married my high school sweetheart, Howard Lewis when i was barely 18 years old and we were together for 54 years, until I lost him to lung cancer. We had six children, Ralph (Pat) Both Deceased, Rhonda (Larry) Deceased, Randy, Risa, Ryan (Vicky) and Robyn (Steve). They gave us 9 precious grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Two years after Howard died, a widowed gentleman, Sam Finney, who I had known for a long time through my church, asked me to go out and have dinner with him. We were together for 16 years until he died at 97.
If you had planned to send flowers, my wish is that you would use the money to help someone in need.

A Gathering of Family and Friends for Carolyn will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204. A Celebration of Life for Carolyn will follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
