Bobbie Jean Smith, age 69 of Smyrna, Tennessee, departed this life on May 31, 2022. She was born on April 29 1953 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Robert Lee Fusse and Virginia Doris Pique Fusse. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter, Samantha Key.
She is survived by her sons, Matt (Megan) Smith of Cape Coral, Florida and Nick Smith of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Seven Grandchildren, Robert, Joey, Sammie, Anna, Lupe, Kaylee and Liam; Seven Great-grandchildren, Abbi, Elena, Samuel, Sophia, Tapia, Sebastian, Liam, Everleigh and Rossalina; siblings, Siblings, Vickie (Mike) Spavero, of Gibsonton, Florida, JoAnn (Fred) Connell of Antioch, Tennessee, Susan Webb of Nashville, Tennessee and Toney Fusse of Washington State.
Bobbie Jean was a Whitty, caretaker, who put the needs of others before herself. She was the “Rock of the Family” and was genuine. She never let anything slow her down, which was evident in her determination and hard work ethic. She loved classic rock, especially the Beatles and John Denver.
Her wish was to have no formal services, yet be scattered in her favorite spots.
