Ann Maxwell Turner, age 83, left her earthly home to join her daughter and The Lord on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Ann Turner, and her parents, Albert and Lucille Maxwell. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, husband of 60 years Malcolm Ray Turner; children, Steven Ray Turner, Dana Turner (Steve) Reece, and Jill Turner (John) Gonas; grandchildren, Taylor Ann Reece, Macy Katherine Reece, Samuel Turner Gonas, Eli Maxwell Gonas, and John Matthew Gonas. She was a member of Hendersonville First United Methodist Church and the Companions Class. Selfless and hospitable, Ann was known for her servant heart and her love for others. Visitation with the family will be 5:00 until 8:00pm Friday, March 24th at Hendersonville First United Methodist Church and one hour prior to the 10:00 am service on Saturday March 25th at Hendersonville First United Methodist Church, 217 East Main St., Hendersonville, TN 37075, with Rev. Randy Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Leo Bragg, Bubba Cowan, Doug Warren, Jarrett Millsaps, and Cole Warren. Honorary Pallbearers are James Turner, Bill White, and members of the Companions Class. Memorial contributions may be made to Love and Concern at Hendersonville First United Methodist Church.
