Betty Alice Buck Crews

Betty Alice (Buck) Crews, 61, of Fruitdale, IN passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at home. She was born August 3, 1951 in Waverly, Tennessee the daughter of Helen Buck and the late John Thomas Buck, Jr. Betty volunteered for The Brown County Habitat for Humanity. She was a member of the Brown County Community Band. She enjoyed antiquing, sewing, reading, puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be deeply missed. Betty is survived by her mother, Helen Buck; her three sisters, Martha (Jim) Kubajak, Judy Degenhardt, and Susan (Hal) Jackson; her brother, Tom (Gina) Buck; two step sons, Michael (Jenny) Crews and Keith Crews; six grandchildren, Tiffany, Andrew, April, Kaycie, Alissa, and Justin; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Wayne Crews. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home.
