Angel Damien Reyes, age 40, resident of Monroe, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, in the comfort of his home surrounded by family. His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.
Angel was born November 2, 1980 in Homestead, Florida. He was the son of Octavio Reyes and Juana Valentin.
He is survived by his wife Brandi Reyes; his mother Juana (Michael) Valentin – Cyr; father, Octavio Reyes; children, Selah Zia Salaam Fain, Shyanne Ellis, Khayla Ellis, Adriana Pfeifer, Noah Pfeifer and C.J. Hayter: siblings, Evette (Winford) Figaro, Crystal (Matthew) Valentino, Celest (Nathan) Alves, David Reyes Jr, Iris Reyes, Gabriel Reyes, Christopher Reyes and niece & nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sixta Rodriguez and Julio Valentin, uncles, Robert Gonzalez and Pedro Vega.
A visitation for Angel will be held Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Palms Woodlawn, 27100 OLD DIXIE HWY, NARANJA, FL 33032, followed by a funeral service from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
